- 2000-2001 Sea Ray® 540 Sundancer Model Specific Details: Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). Sea Ray® originally offered the 2000-2001 540 Sundancer in Toast Tweed Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with SeaMark® (or RECwater®)(vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops and 40ga Strataglass® windows OR Contact us for White Stamoid® fabric.
- Product Details: Flexible Strataglass® Front Window set (typically 3 pieces) fit between Hard-Top and Windshield (typically with Zip-Open Windows). Slides into track (or snaps) on front of hard-top and either snaps onto or slides into a track at the top of the windshield. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker® .
- Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. Size/Fit:
1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2000,2001} Sea Ray® 540 Sundancer: 540DA Sundancer, HIN: SERY xxxxxxxx (Sykes Creek FL plant).
2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with BLI® tags p/n [0ySR540DA xxx-xxxx-fcc] ("cc" is the color code).
3. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and OEM Side-Curtains perfectly (verify white "Boatswains Locker" label on existing canvas).
4. Will NOT fit after-market top or canvas.
5. Visor zips to Valance strip (included) which slides (using Keder Welt) into Flex-A-Rail™ Plastic or Aluminum Tracksat front of Hard-Top.
6. Attaches to windshield with Clip-On-Windshield-Frame-Snaps, Stainless steel Snap-Stud-Screws or Keder Welt that slides into a track on the top of the windshield.
7. Snaps are included, but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), so you will need a Snap Installation Tool for snaps (includes male snap-screw-studs OR windshield clip-on snaps if needed).
8. Check the 2000-2001 Sea Ray® 540 Sundancer Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
9. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 540 Sundancer prior to 2000.
10. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 540 Sundancer after 2001.

Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (SERxssssmyxx) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Hard Top Visor and Valance, Strataglass® windows (Factory OEM),
