- 2000-2003 Sea Ray® 510 Sundancer Hard-Top Model Specific Details: Arch Valances included with Tops. Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). Sea Ray® originally offered the 2000-2003 510 Sundancer Hard-Top in Black (2002-2003) and Toast Tweed Sunbrella® (or RECacril®)and 40mil Strataglass® windows OR Contact us for White Stamoid® , Grey Phifertex® Windshield Cover fabric.
- Product Details: Flexible Strataglass® Front Window set (typically 3 pieces) fit between Hard-Top and Windshield (typically with Zip-Open Windows). Slides into track (or snaps) on front of hard-top and either snaps onto or slides into a track at the top of the windshield. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker® .
- Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. Size/Fit:
1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2000,2001,2002,2003} Sea Ray® 510 Sundancer Hard-Top: 510DA Sundancer Hard-Top, HIN: SERY xxxxxxxx (Sykes Creek FL plant).
2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with BLI® tags p/n [0ySR510DA A1 -xxxxx-xxAxx] ("cc" is the color code).
3. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and OEM Side-Curtains perfectly (verify white "Boatswains Locker" label on existing canvas).
4. Will NOT fit after-market top or canvas.
5. Visor zips to Valance strip (included) which slides (using Keder Welt) into Flex-A-Rail™ Plastic or Aluminum Tracksat front of Hard-Top.
6. Attaches to windshield with Clip-On-Windshield-Frame-Snaps, Stainless steel Snap-Stud-Screws or Keder Welt that slides into a track on the top of the windshield.
7. Snaps are included, but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), so you will need a Snap Installation Tool for snaps (includes male snap-screw-studs OR windshield clip-on snaps if needed).
8. Check the 2000-2003 Sea Ray® 510 Sundancer Hard-Top Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
9. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 510 Sundancer Hard-Top prior to 2000.

Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (SERxssssmyxx) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Hard Top Visor and Valance, Strataglass® windows (Factory OEM),
Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
