  • Notes:
    • 2011-current Monterey® 328 Super Sport Model Specific Details: The forward slanting Radar Arch serves as a Hard Top on this boat, so there is no forward Bimini Top, just the Sunshade Top behind the Radar Arch. The Sunshade Top Boot Cover has the Monterey® logo embroidered on it in the manufacturers selected color. Monterey® originally offered the 2011-current 328 Super Sport in Black, Captain Navy, Taupe and Jockey Red Sunbrella® (Tops/Valances were typically SeaMark® vinyl-lined Sunbrella® prior to 2018, but now they are Sunbrella® to avoid mold issues) fabric.
    • Product Details: Sunshade-Top is the top that is mounted off of the back of the radar arch. Includes zipper-strip (Valance) to slide into track on back of Arch, Sunbrella® Boot-Cover, Fittings and all stainless steel mounting hardware required to mount the frame and top. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
    • Monterey® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: TAGSFor Ameritex® (Not Great Lakes or BLI®) canvas, covers & frames: A laser-engraved, black rubber tag is sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), and the only way we are able to manufacture the exact canvas, cover or frame specific to your boat is if you provide the part number (P/N) on that tag. We will require the P/N (112350xxx and Greater) and DT date code fromthe tag (or sticker). WE WILL MAKE THIS EXACT PART NUMBER, so there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Zippers on OEM Monterey® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Monterey® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Monterey® boats over 2 years old. Monterey® OEM canvas part number scheme: tags, where [xxxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Monterey® Hull Identification Number (HIN)= RGFsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.
    • Factory OEM canvas: GLBT tags p/n [yyMO328 SS HAr -xxxxxx-fcc]
    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White GLBT tags p/n [yyMO328 SS HAr -xxxxxx-fcc] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The GLBT p/®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

    5. Does NOT fit Monterey® 328 Super Sport prior to 2011.
    6. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2011-2024 Monterey® 328 Super Sport.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (RGFsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Sunshade Top Canvas and Frame Valance Boot, SeaMark® fabric (Factory OEM),
    • Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
