Factory Arch Aft Curtain VALANCE (Zipper Strip for Track) connects the Top of the Arch-Aft-Curtain (not included) to Track on back the Radar Arch, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2001-2002 digitized patterns approved by Chaparral® for the 300 Signature Ameritex Canvas: 300 Signature With Top and Aft-Curtain ATTACHED TO the Factory Installed RADAR ARCH with Zipper Connection Strips (included with Bimini Top and Aft-Curtain), No metal Wakeboard Tower:

Notes:
- 2001-2002 Chaparral® 300 Signature Ameritex Canvas Model Specific Details: Verify Ameritex® tags on existing canvas (NOT Taylor-Made, as they are NOT interchangeable). The Bimini Top Canvas and Arch Aft Curtain include the Connection Strip (Zipper along one edge, Keder Welt along the other) to attach to Track on the Arch. Side and Aft Curtains do NOT have U-Shaped zippered windows (smilies). The front Connector has 3 panels that zip together. We do NOT have a Boot pattern for this Top. No Camper was offered for this boat until late 2002 for the 2003 model year, when all of the canvas was redesigned. Chaparral® originally offered the 2001-2002 300 Signature Ameritex Canvas in Black, Marine Blue, Captain Navy, Linen, Forest Green, Jockey Red or Sunflower Yellow Sunbrella® fabric.
- Product Details: narrow (1-2 inch wide) Sunbrella Strip with Keder Welt along one edge to slide into Track on Back of Radar Arch and a Zipper along the other edge to zip onto the Arch-Aft-Curtain (NOT included). Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Ameritex® .
- Chaparral® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: A laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker). Zippers on OEM Chaparral® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Most (NOT All) Boot-Covers have Black or White embroidered Chaparral® logo. Most (NOT All) Chaparral® Bimini and Camper Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Chaparral® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Chaparral® boats over 2 years old. OEM canvas part number scheme: Ameritex® or Taylor-Made® tags where [xxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Chaparral® HIN = FGBsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

- TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:

  2. The Chaparral® logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
  3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

Size/Fit:
1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2001,2002} Chaparral® 300 Signature Ameritex Canvas: 300 Signature With Top and Aft-Curtain ATTACHED TO the Factory Installed RADAR ARCH with Zipper Connection Strips (included with Bimini Top and Aft-Curtain), No metal Wakeboard Tower.
2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Chaparral® / Ameritex® tags p/n [101xxxccc] ("ccc" is the color code).
3. Slides into Track on the back of the Arch and zips to the top of Arch-Aft-Curtain.
4. Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
5. Only fits Factory Radar Arch, Track and OEM Arch-Aft-Curtain.
6. Check the 2001-2002 Chaparral® 300 Signature Ameritex Canvas Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
7. Does NOT fit Chaparral® 300 Signature Ameritex Canvas prior to 2001.
8. Does NOT fit Chaparral® 300 Signature Ameritex Canvas after 2002.
9. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2001-2002 Chaparral® 300 Signature Ameritex Canvas.

Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (FGBsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Arch Aft-Curtain Connection (Factory OEM),
