Chris Craft® originally offered the 2008-current Launch 22 in Captain Navy, Sapphire Blue, Sky Blue, Forest Green, Spa Green, Taupe (no longer available, replaced by similar Linen), Toast, Burgundy, Jockey Red and Yellow Sunbrella® fabric.
Product Details: Zips onto back of OEM zippered Bimini-Top (Not included) and Bimini-Side-Curtains, and typically DROPS vertically from back edge of Bimini to the Floor. Curtain snaps to boat with Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps (which are included but not installed in the canvas) or Bunjis in some cases. Let us know if you need SS Snap-Stud-Screws to screw into the boat. The boat manufacturer and RNR-Marine™ do not recommend operating the boat with the aft-curtain in place, due to dangerous fuel and exhaust fumes.
Chris Craft® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes:A laser-engraved, black rubber tag is sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), and the only way we are able to manufacture the exact canvas, cover or frame specific to your boat is if you provide the part number (P/N) on that tag: We will require the P/N (112350xxx and Greater) and DT date code from this Black Tag (or sticker) and WE WILL MAKE THIS EXACT PART NUMBER, so there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Per Chris Craft®, we can NOT sell factory OEM Canvas and Covers direct for Chris Craft® boats less than 8 years old (we can sell 2016 and earlier in 2024 for example). Zippers on OEM Chris Craft® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). MSome (NOT All) Boot-Covers have Chris Craft® logo. Most (NOT All) Chris Craft® Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Chris Craft® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). Verify AMERITEX or TAYLOR-MADE tags.
Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow for a perfect fit), so a Snap-Tool Will be required.
Guarantee: We guarantee our factory original (OEM) canvas, frames and covers:
Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,
Will fit the specified boat, as long as the existing and mating canvas and frames are factory original: having part numbers, snaps and zipper size as specified in the Size/Fit and Model-Specific-Information on this page,
Will perform as described when installed properly.
