Factory Bimini AFT DROP CURTAIN with Eisenglass window(s) zips to back of OEM Bimini-Top (not included) to Floor (Vertical, Not slanted to transom), OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2008-2010 digitized patterns approved by Edgewater® for the 205CX dual console:
  • Notes: Zips onto back of OEM zippered Bimini-Top (Not included) and Bimini-Side-Curtains, and typically DROPS vertically from back edge of Bimini to the Floor. Curtain snaps to boat with Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps (which are included but not installed in the canvas) or Bunjis in some cases. Let us know if you need SS Snap-Stud-Screws to screw into the boat. The boat manufacturer and RNR-Marine™ do not recommend operating the boat with the aft-curtain in place, due to dangerous fuel and exhaust fumes.
    • Factory OEM canvas: Ameritex® tags
    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White Ameritex® tags (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The Ameritex®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

  • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2008,2009,2010} Edgewater® 205CX dual console.
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Ameritex® tags ("cc" is the color code).
    3. Only fits Factory Original-Equipment Zippered Bimini-Top.
    4. Verify AMERITEX or TAYLOR-MADE tags.
    5. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Ameritex Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
    6. Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow for a perfect fit), so a Snap-Tool Will be required.
    7. Check the 2008-2010 Edgewater® 205CX Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    8. Does NOT fit Edgewater® 205CX prior to 2008.
    9. Does NOT fit Edgewater® 205CX after 2010.
    10. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2008-2010 Edgewater® 205CX.

  • Options:
  • Guarantee: We guarantee our factory original (OEM) canvas, frames and covers:
    • Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
    • Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,
    • Will fit the specified boat, as long as the existing and mating canvas and frames are factory original: having part numbers, snaps and zipper size as specified in the Size/Fit and Model-Specific-Information on this page,
    • Will perform as described when installed properly.
    You can count on all of the above or we will repair or replace the item in question.

  • 12-digit HIN: (required)
    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (DMAsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Bimini Aft-Drop-Curtain (Factory OEM),
    • Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
