Notes:
- 2001-2002 Cobalt® 262 Model Specific Details: Boot Cover has embroidered COBALT logo on it in contrasting color specified by Cobalt® Inc. Cobalt® originally offered the 2001-2002 262 in Black, Captain Navy, Forest Green, Taupe (no longer available, replaced by similar Linen), Terra Cotta (2001), Alpine (2001), Jockey Red, Sea Spray (2002, no longer available) and Yellow (2002) Sunbrella® fabric.
- Product Details: Bimini-Top tubular Framework (and Support Poles if used), Canvas, matching Boot Cover, fittings and mounting hardware (some Boat Manufacturers supplied their own hardware, so we don't supply it then). Bimini-Top canvas has Zippers for Front Visor, Side Curtains (and Aft-Curtains if so equipped). Also called: Boston Whaler "Sun-Top" or Grady White "Vista Top". Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
- Cobalt® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on OEM Cobalt® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). We do NOT provide mounting hardware for Bimini or Camper Top Frames, as Cobalt® supplied these (and the instructions) themselves. Cobalt® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Cobalt® boats over 2 years old. OEM canvas part number scheme: tag p/n [yyCBmmm mm tar-xxxxx-fcc] where [yy] is the year, [CB] is Cobalt, [mmm mm] is the model ([227 CC ] or [246 BR ] for example), [t] is the type of windshield (S=Std or W=optional stainless), [a] is (A)rch or (N)o Arch, [r] is the revision, [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [f] is the fabric (A=Sunbrella acrylic, S=SeaMark) and [cc] is the color code. Cobalt® Hull Identification Number (HIN)HIN = COBsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

- TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
  1. White GLBT tags p/n [0yCB262 BR SN1 -x0xxx-Acc], Cobalt® p/n [46xxxx] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
  2. The GLBT p/® logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
  3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

Size/Fit:
1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2001,2002} Cobalt® 262 bowrider, No Tower or Arch.
2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with GLBT tags p/n [0yCB262 BR SN1 -x0xxx-Acc], Cobalt® p/n [46xxxx] ("cc" is the color code).
3. Fits specified boat and ONLY zips to the factory OEM Curtains.
4. Verify that your old and mating canvas has GLBT on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND factory #8 zippers (6 teeth/inch), NOT #10 (5 teeth/inch) which are After-Market zippers.
5. Check the 2001-2002 Cobalt® 262 Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
6. Does NOT fit Cobalt® 262 prior to 2001.
7. Does NOT fit Cobalt® 262 after 2002.
8. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2001-2002 Cobalt® 262.

Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (FGEsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Bimini Top Canvas and Frame Boot, with Zippers (Factory OEM),
Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
