Factory Bimini Top Replacement CANVAS (NO frame, sold separately) without Curtain Zippers, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2009-2017 digitized patterns approved by Boston Whaler® for the Dauntless 180 center console:
  • Notes:
    • 2009-2017 Boston Whaler® Dauntless 180 Model Specific Details: The Console (Boston Whaler Part Number 22K33000) on the 2009-2014 Dauntless 180 is the same for the 2008 Dauntless-180, so the 2008 console cover (Whaler partno 1854392-Black, 1854393-Blue) will fit the 2009-2013 models. The Bimini Top (2008 Whaler partno 1878179-Black, 1878180-Blue) changed slightly in 2009 and again in 2011, but the 2008 Bimini Top fits fine. The Reversible Pilot Seat was the same from 2008-2012 (Whaler partno 1771132-Black, 1771133-Blue). Boston Whaler® originally offered the 2009-2017 Dauntless 180 in Black, Captain Navy and Jockey Red (2017+) Sunbrella® fabric.
    • Product Details: To replace worn, damaged or old Bimini-Top-Canvas. Canvas only. No Zippers or Boot. Frame not included. Also called: Boston Whaler "Sun-Top" or Grady White "Vista Top". Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
    • Boston Whaler® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on OEM Boston Whaler® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Boston Whaler® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Boston Whaler® boats over 2 years old. The Boston Whaler® OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [cc] is the color code. Boston Whaler® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = BWCsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with GLBT tags p/n [yyBW18 DNT ONr -xxxxx-Acc Bimini], Boston Whaler® p/n [1xxxxxx] or [2xxxxxx] ("cc" is the color code).
    3. Only fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Bimini Top Frame.
    4. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Verify that your old and mating canvas has GLBT on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND factory #8 zippers (6 teeth/inch), NOT #10 (5 teeth/inch) which are After-Market zippers.
    5. Ships in a 42inch x 25inch x 7inch Box weighing approximately 38pounds.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (BWCsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Bimini Top Canvas NO Zippers (Factory OEM),
