- 2002-current Boston Whaler® Ventura 180 Model Specific Details: The Cockpit Cover goes to the Top (Not Over) of the windshield, and is offered with or without cutouts for the bimini-top frame. Boston Whaler® originally offered the 2002-current Ventura 180 in Captain Navy, Cadet Grey and Jockey Red Sunbrella® fabric.
- Product Details: Replaces worn, damaged or old Bimini-Top-Canvas. Canvas only with Zippers for Front Visor, Side-Curtains (and Aft-Drop-Curtain if so equipped). No Frame, Visor, Curtains, Boot or Valance included - sold separately. Also called: Boston Whaler "Sun-Top" or Grady White "Vista Top". Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
- Boston Whaler® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on OEM Boston Whaler® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Boston Whaler® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Boston Whaler® boats over 2 years old. The Boston Whaler® OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [cc] is the color code. Boston Whaler® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = BWCsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2002,2003,2004,2005,2006,2007,2008,2009,2010,2011,2012,2013,2014,2015,2016,2017,2018,2019,2020,2021,2022,2023,2024} Boston Whaler® Ventura 180 bowrider (No Tower).
2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with GLBT tags p/n [yyBW180 VT ONr -xxxxx-Acc], Boston Whaler® p/n [1xxxxxx] or [2xxxxxx] ("cc" is the color code).
3. ONLY fits Factory OEM Bimini-Top Frame, Visor and Side-Curtains with GLBT tags.
4. Verify that your old and mating canvas has GLBT on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND factory #8 zippers (6 teeth/inch), NOT #10 (5 teeth/inch) which are After-Market zippers.
5. Ships in a 42inch x 25inch x 7inch Box weighing approximately 38pounds.

Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (BWCsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Bimini Top Canvas, with Zippers (Factory OEM),
Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
