Factory Bimini Replacement CANVAS (NO frame) with Zippers for OEM front Connector and Curtains (Not included), OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2009-2011 digitized patterns approved by Rinker® for the 230 Express Cruiser: 230C, 230EC and 230ECC Express Cruiser Captiva, No Tower or Radar Arch, I/O sterndrive:
  • Notes: Rinker logo
    • 2009-2011 Rinker® 230 Express Cruiser Model Specific Details: We MUST have the P/N from your existing canvas or cover for the 2009-2011 Rinker 230 Express Cruiser.
    • Product Details: Replaces worn, damaged or old Bimini-Top-Canvas. Canvas only with Zippers for Front Connector, Side-Curtains (and Aft-Drop-Curtain if so equipped). No Frame, Connector, Curtains, Boot or Valance included - sold separately. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
    • Rinker® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: TAGSA laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker), or the legible Part Numbers from the White Tag if you have them for 2010+ boats. Zippers on OEM Rinker® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Most (NOT All) Rinker® Bimini and Camper Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Rinker® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Rinker® boats over 2 years old. Rinker® OEM canvas part number scheme: Ameritex® or Taylor-Made® tags, where [xxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Rinker® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = RNKsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White Ameritex® tags p/n [10xxxxccc - S-RK 230] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The Ameritex®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

  • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2009,2010,2011} Rinker® 230 Express Cruiser: 230C, 230EC and 230ECC Express Cruiser Captiva, No Tower or Radar Arch, I/O sterndrive.
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Ameritex® tags p/n [10xxxxccc - S-RK 230] ("ccc" is the color code).
    3. Pockets (some are zippered) to fit on Factory OEM Bimini-Top Frame.
    4. Zips to front Connector and Side-Curtains (NOT included).
    5. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Ameritex Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
    6. Typically zips to factory Radar-Arch, Arch-Connection (zipper strip) or front of Camper-Top (no tincluded) at Rear (or may be stand-alone).
    7. Check the 2009-2011 Rinker® 230 Express Cruiser Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    8. Does NOT fit Rinker® 230 Express Cruiser prior to 2009.
    9. Does NOT fit Rinker® 230 Express Cruiser after 2011.
    10. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2009-2011 Rinker® 230 Express Cruiser.

    • Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
    • Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,

    • Will perform as described when installed properly.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (RNKsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Bimini Top Canvas, with Zippers (Factory OEM),
    • Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
