2004-2005 Sea Ray® 420 Sedan Bridge Model Specific Details: The Bimini-Top-Canvas includes BOTH the Front and Rear Bimini-Top (in front of and behind the Arch). If you are buying just the Bimini-Top, please send in your old Bimini-Tops so we can match up the zippers properly. Sea Ray® originally offered the 2004-2005 420 Sedan Bridge in Black, Captain Navy, Hunter Green Tweed (no longer available in SeaMark) and Toast Tweed Sunbrella® with SeaMark® (vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) Bimini-Top OR contact us for White Stamoid® fabric.
Product Details: Replaces worn, damaged or old Bimini-Top-Canvas. Canvas only with Zippers for Front Visor, Side-Curtains (and Aft-Drop-Curtain if so equipped). No Frame, Visor, Curtains, Boot or Valance included - sold separately. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Gioia®.
Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. Sea Ray® OEM canvas/covers part numbers: [yySRmmm mm tar-xxxxx-fcc] where [yy] is the model year, [SR] is Sea Ray®, [mmm mm] is the boat model, [t] is the type of window or drive (S=Std-Windshield, W=optional-stainless-Windshield, I=I/O-sterndrive, O=Outboard), [a] is (A)rch or (N)o-arch, [r] is the revision, [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [f] is the fabric (A=Sunbrella® acrylic, S=SeaMark®) and [cc] is the color code. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Gioia® tags, Sea Ray p/n [17xxxxx, 420DB-04] The canvas on this boat was semi-custom, so the canvas patterns were delivered in a tube on the boat to the original dealer and customer, so we will need this Tube of Patterns (or send us your existing canvas to use as patterns) to make correct fitting replacement canvas. ("cc" is the color code).
Only fits the custom Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Bimini-Top Frame and enclosure Curtains.
Please send in your old Bimini-Top so we can perfectly align the zippers to match your existing enclosure.
Please verify that old canvas has "Gioia Sails" label on it.

Will be of first rate quality and free of manufacturing defects,
Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,
Will fit the specified boat, as long as the existing and mating canvas and frames are factory original: having part numbers, snaps and zipper size as specified in the Size/Fit and Model-Specific-Information on this page,
Will perform as described when installed properly.

Warranty: Gioia™ stands behind our products with a one-year workmanship warranty, and will respond in a reasonable amount of time to any concerns or questions customers may have regarding a specific product, application or fabric and repair any such defects (such as sewing) found upon delivery.
