Factory Bimini FRAME (NO Canvas), OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) , produced with the same high quality, original 2000-2001 digitized patterns approved by Chris Craft® for the 232 Sport Deck (No Tower):
  • Notes:
    • 2000-2001 Chris Craft® 232 Sport Deck Model Specific Details: Effective June 2020, the Taylor-Made® factory original, replacement canvas and covers are no longer available for this boat due to fit issues. Aluminum Bimini Top Frame. Chris Craft® originally offered the 2000-2001 232 Sport Deck in Black, Captain Navy, Forest Green, Jockey Red and Burgundy Sunbrella® fabric.
    • Product Details: Framework only. Order canvas and mounting hardware separately. A Bimini-Top stands above the cockpit (not connected directly to the windshield frame), while a Convertible-Top connects to the top of the windshield.
    • Chris Craft® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: TAGSA laser-engraved, black rubber tag is sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), and the only way we are able to manufacture the exact canvas, cover or frame specific to your boat is if you provide the part number (P/N) on that tag: We will require the P/N (112350xxx and Greater) and DT date code from this Black Tag (or sticker) and WE WILL MAKE THIS EXACT PART NUMBER, so there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Per Chris Craft®, we can NOT sell factory OEM Canvas and Covers direct for Chris Craft® boats less than 8 years old (we can sell 2016 and earlier in 2024 for example). Zippers on OEM Chris Craft® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). MSome (NOT All) Boot-Covers have Chris Craft® logo. Most (NOT All) Chris Craft® Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Chris Craft® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. HIN = CCxsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.
    • Factory OEM canvas: Taylor-Made® tags p/n [2xxxccccxxx] or [4xxxccccxxx]
    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White Taylor-Made® tags p/n [2xxxccccxxx] or [4xxxccccxxx] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The Taylor-Made®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

  • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2000,2001} Chris Craft® 232 Sport Deck (No Tower).
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Taylor-Made® tags p/n [2xxxccccxxx] or [4xxxccccxxx] ("ccc" is the color code).
    3. WE MUST HAVE THE P/N FROM THE STICKER ON YOUR OLD FRAME TO PROCEED.
    4. Only fits factory OEM Bimini-Top Canvas.
    5. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Ameritex Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
    6. Ships in a 96inch x 5inch x 69inch Box weighing approximately 25pounds.
    7. Check the 2000-2001 Chris Craft® 232 Sport Deck Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    8. Does NOT fit Chris Craft® 232 Sport Deck prior to 2000.
    9. Does NOT fit Chris Craft® 232 Sport Deck after 2001.
    10. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2000-2001 Chris Craft® 232 Sport Deck.
