Factory Camper AFT CURTAIN with clear Eisenglass windows zips to back of OEM Camper Top and Side Curtains (not included) and connects to Transom, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2005-2007 digitized patterns approved by Rinker® for the 270 Express Cruiser: 270EC Express Cruiser (270 Fiesta Vee) (Canvas passes UNDER the optional, Aft Facing Radar Arch if so equipped), I/O sterndrive:
  • Notes: Rinker logo
    • 2005-2007 Rinker® 270 Express Cruiser Model Specific Details: Stainless Frames. The Camper Side Curtains, Camper Aft Curtain, Bimini Aft Curtain and Cockpit Cover used Bunjis instead of snaps at the transom beginning in 2005. The Camper Aft Curtain has an Upside Down U-Shaped Zippered Window (No Screens) in it. No Screen Inserts are available. If you have missing or illegible tags on your canvas or cover, we have prior sales of 2005 and 2006 Rinker 270 Express Cruisers, so please EMAIL us to see if we can still make this canvas. Rinker® originally offered the 2005-2007 270 Express Cruiser in Black, Captain Navy, Linen (solid) or Linen Tweed Sunbrella® with SeaMark® (vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops fabric.
    • Product Details: Aft portion of the Camper-Top canvas which is an enclosure attached to the back of a Forward Bimini, Convertible Top or Arch that has its own frame. When combined with Curtains, the Camper-Top fully encloses the back of the boat providing full, protected use of the rear cockpit area at the dock or underway. The Aft-Curtain has 25 to 60 standard 3/8" snaps or bungee cords, depending on the boat. Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included (If used) but not installed in the canvas. Let us know if you need SS Snap-Stud-Screws to screw into the boat. The boat manufacturer and RNR-Marine™ do not recommend operating the boat with the aft-curtain in place, due to dangerous fuel and exhaust fumes.
    • Rinker® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: TAGSA laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker), or the legible Part Numbers from the White Tag if you have them for 2010+ boats. Zippers on OEM Rinker® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Most (NOT All) Rinker® Bimini and Camper Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Rinker® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Rinker® boats over 2 years old. Rinker® OEM canvas part number scheme: Ameritex® or Taylor-Made® tags, where [xxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Rinker® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = RNKsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.
    • Factory OEM canvas: Ameritex® tags p/n [101xxxccc - S-RK 270], [102xxxccc - S-RK 270], [104xxxccc - S-RK 270] or [105xxxccc - S-RK 270 (SeaMark Top Canvas)]
    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White Ameritex® tags p/n [101xxxccc - S-RK 270], [102xxxccc - S-RK 270], [104xxxccc - S-RK 270] or [105xxxccc - S-RK 270 (SeaMark Top Canvas)] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The Ameritex®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

  • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2005,2006,2007} Rinker® 270 Express Cruiser: 270EC Express Cruiser (270 Fiesta Vee) (Canvas passes UNDER the optional, Aft Facing Radar Arch if so equipped), I/O sterndrive.
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Ameritex® tags p/n [101xxxccc - S-RK 270], [102xxxccc - S-RK 270], [104xxxccc - S-RK 270] or [105xxxccc - S-RK 270 (SeaMark Top Canvas)] ("ccc" is the color code).
    3. ONLY zips to Factory OEM Camper Top and Side-Curtains.
    4. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Ameritex Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
    5. Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included (IF used) but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow for a perfect fit), so a Snap-Tool Will be required.
    6. Check the 2005-2007 Rinker® 270 Express Cruiser Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    7. Does NOT fit Rinker® 270 Express Cruiser prior to 2005.
    8. Does NOT fit Rinker® 270 Express Cruiser after 2007.
    9. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2005-2007 Rinker® 270 Express Cruiser.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (RNKsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Camper Aft-Curtain (Factory OEM),
