Factory Aft COCKPIT COVER ENCLOSURE with Strataglass(r) window(s), OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2004-2005 digitized patterns approved by Sea Ray® for the 585 International Sedan Bridge (550DB US) with factory installed Hard-Top, HIN: SERY xxxxxxxx (Sykes Creek FL plant):

    • 2004-2005 Sea Ray® 585 International Sedan Bridge Model Specific Details: The Bridge Enclosure consists of 15 individual panels: 3 across the front, 3 on each side (x 2 wides = 6 total) and 6 across the back (3 above, 3 filler panels below). The Strataglass® windows do not have U-zip windows or screens, but U-Zips windows can be added (see options). Please email for the optional Polycarbonate front curtains upgrade for the 2004-2005 550DB. The Phifertex® mesh Windshield Cover only covers the front windshield (there are no covers for the Side Windows). We need your Hull Identification Number (HIN) AND Sea Ray Hull Production Number to determine the correct canvas for your Sea Ray. The 12-digit HIN begins with (SERY) and is located on your registration papers and embossed on the starboard side of your transom. The Sea Ray Hull Production Number is located below the HIN on the transom, and will look like 550DBxxx. Sea Ray® originally offered the 2004-2005 585 International Sedan Bridge in Black, Captain Navy and Toast Tweed Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with 40ga Strataglass® windows, Windshield Cover offered in Black Phifertex® OR contact us for White Stamoid® fabric.
    • Product Details: Encloses Aft-Cockpit. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) cover made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker.
    • Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old.     3. Stainless Steel Snaps included but NOT installed in canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), Snap Installation Tool required.
    4. Check the 2004-2005 Sea Ray® 585 International Sedan Bridge Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    5. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 585 International Sedan Bridge prior to 2004.
