Pair Factory Convertible SIDE CURTAINS (Port and Starboard sides) with Eisenglass window(s) zip onto OEM Convertible-Top Canvas (no t included) at top, Snaps to Windshield frame or Boat at bottom, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2000-2002 digitized patterns approved by Monterey® for the 180 Edge Bowrider (No Tower):
  • Notes:
    • 2000-2002 Monterey® 180 Edge Model Specific Details: The Cockpit Cover goes OVER the windshield. Monterey® originally offered the 2000-2002 180 Edge in Cadet Grey, Linen Tweed (2000) and Taupe Tweed (2001-2002) Sunbrella® fabric.
    • Product Details: Zippers at Top, Snaps at Bottom. Convertible-Side-Curtains have 20-40 standard 3/8" snaps, depending on the boat. SS Male Snap-Stud-Screws included. For Convertible-Top (where the canvas top connects directly to top of the windshield). Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
    • Monterey® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: TAGSFor Ameritex® (Not Great Lakes or BLI®) canvas, covers & frames: A laser-engraved, black rubber tag is sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), and the only way we are able to manufacture the exact canvas, cover or frame specific to your boat is if you provide the part number (P/N) on that tag. We will require the P/N (112350xxx and Greater) and DT date code fromthe tag (or sticker). WE WILL MAKE THIS EXACT PART NUMBER, so there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. Zippers on OEM Monterey® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Monterey® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Monterey® boats over 2 years old. Monterey® OEM canvas part number scheme: tags, where [xxxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Monterey® Hull Identification Number (HIN)= RGFsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.
    • Factory OEM canvas: GLBT tags p/n [0yMO18 EDGEINr -x0xxx-Acc]
    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White GLBT tags p/n [0yMO18 EDGEINr -x0xxx-Acc] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The GLBT p/®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the 2000-2002 Monterey® 180 Edge Bowrider (No Tower).
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with GLBT tags p/n [0yMO18 EDGEINr -x0xxx-Acc] ("cc" is the color code).
    3. Zips onto Factory OEM Convertible Top frame and canvas and snaps to boat or top edge of windshield at bottom.
    4. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Verify that your old and mating canvas has GLBT on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND factory #8 zippers (6 teeth/inch), NOT #10 (5 teeth/inch) which are After-Market zippers.
    5. Will NOT fit after-market convertible tops.
    6. Stainless Steel Snaps included but NOT installed in canvas, Snap Tool required.
    7. Check the 2000-2002 Monterey® 180 Edge Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    8. Does NOT fit Monterey® 180 Edge prior to 2000.
    9. Does NOT fit Monterey® 180 Edge after 2002.
    10. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2000-2002 Monterey® 180 Edge.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (RGFsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Convertible Side-Curtains (Factory OEM),
    • Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
