- 1999-1999 Sea Ray® 540 Sundancer Model Specific Details: We have the canvas for this boat, but it is not yet listed/priced on our web-site. Please Email for prices. Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). Sea Ray® originally offered the 1999-1999 540 Sundancer in Linen Tweed Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with SeaMark® (or RECwater®)(vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops and 40ga Strataglass® windows OR Contact us for White Stamoid® fabric.
- Product Details: Mounts under Rear of Hard-Top with Plastic or Aluminum Tracks (included as needed) and SS Snap-Stud-Screws. Extends to back of boat. The Hard-Top Aft-Curtain may have 25 to 60 standard 3/8" snaps or bungee cords, depending on the boat. Snaps included. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker.
- Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. 2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with BLI® tags p/n [9ySR540DA xxx-xxxx-fcc] ("cc" is the color code).
3. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and Side-Curtains perfectly.
4. Verify "Boatswains Locker" label on existing canvas).
5. Will NOT fit after-market top or canvas.
6. Stainless Steel Snaps included but NOT installed in canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), need Snap Tool.

Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (SERxssssmyxx) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Hard Top Aft-Curtain, Strataglass® windows (Factory OEM),
