Factory Hard Top AFT CURTAIN connects from Hard-Top to Transom, typically with Strataglass(r) window(s), OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2002-2004 digitized patterns approved by Sea Ray® for the 550 Sundancer: 550DA Sundancer with factory installed Hard-Top, HIN: SERY xxxxxxxx (Sykes Creek FL plant):

Notes:
- 2002-2004 Sea Ray® 550 Sundancer Model Specific Details: Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). Sea Ray® originally offered the 2002-2004 550 Sundancer in Black and Toast Tweed Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with 40ga Strataglass® windows, Windshield Cover was originally Grey Phifertex® fabric.
- Product Details: Mounts under Rear of Hard-Top with Plastic or Aluminum Tracks (included as needed) and SS Snap-Stud-Screws. Extends to back of boat. The Hard-Top Aft-Curtain may have 25 to 60 standard 3/8" snaps or bungee cords, depending on the boat. Snaps included. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker.
- Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. 1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2002,2003,2004} Sea Ray® 550 Sundancer: 550DA Sundancer with factory installed Hard-Top, HIN: SERY xxxxxxxx (Sykes Creek FL plant).
2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with BLI® tags p/n [0ySR550DA HAr xxxxxx-fcc] ("cc" is the color code).
3. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and Side-Curtains perfectly.
4. Verify "Boatswains Locker" label on existing canvas).
5. Will NOT fit after-market top or canvas.
6. Stainless Steel Snaps included but NOT installed in canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), need Snap Tool.
7. Check the 2002-2004 Sea Ray® 550 Sundancer Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
8. Does NOT fit Sea Ray® 550 Sundancer prior to 2002.

Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (SERxssssmyxx) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Hard Top Aft-Curtain, Strataglass® windows (Factory OEM),
Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.

IMPORTANT information required about your 2002-2004 Sea Ray 550 Sundancer:
Sea Ray(r) Hull Production Number 550DAxxx, embossed below 12-digit HIN (SERYxxxxxx0y) on starboard side of the transom. For VISOR orders, we will need the measurement from the Center of the Top of the Windshield to the Bottom of the Track on the front of the Hard-Top in order to insure a perfect, tight fit ?
