  • Notes:
    • 2005-2009 Boston Whaler® Outrage 320 Cuddy Model Specific Details: If you don't have tags with part numbers on your canvas, just enter 123456789 and make up a DT date code between 2011 and 2019 because we have the P/Ns for this boat. Boston Whaler® originally offered the 2005-2009 Outrage 320 Cuddy in Black or Captain Navy Sunbrella® OR contact us for White Stamoid® fabric.
    • Product Details: Mounts under Rear of Hard-Top with Plastic or Aluminum Tracks (included as needed) and SS Snap-Stud-Screws. Extends vertically down to floor. The Aft-Curtain has 25 to 60 standard 3/8" snaps or bungee cords, depending on the boat. Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included (IF used) but not installed in the canvas, for perfect alignment. Let us know if you need Clip-On-Windshield-Frame-Snaps or slides into a track at the top of the windshield.
    • Boston Whaler® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on OEM Boston Whaler® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Boston Whaler® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Boston Whaler® boats over 2 years old. The Boston Whaler® OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [cc] is the color code. Boston Whaler® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = BWCsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White Ameritex® tags p/n [1055xxccc - S-BW 320 CUDDY] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The Ameritex®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

  • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2005,2006,2007,2008,2009} Boston Whaler® Outrage 320 CUDDY (320CD) with factory installed Hard-Top (NOT the Center Console with a Hard T-Top).
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Ameritex® tags p/n [1055xxccc - S-BW 320 CUDDY] ("ccc" is the color code).
    3. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and Side-Curtains perfectly.
    4. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Ameritex Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
    5. Will NOT fit after-market top or canvas.
    6. Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included (IF used) but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow for a perfect fit), so a Snap-Tool may be required.
    7. Check the 2005-2009 Boston Whaler® Outrage 320 Cuddy Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    8. Does NOT fit Boston Whaler® Outrage 320 Cuddy prior to 2005.
    9. Does NOT fit Boston Whaler® Outrage 320 Cuddy after 2009.
    10. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2005-2009 Boston Whaler® Outrage 320 Cuddy.

    • Will perform as described when installed properly.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (BWCsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Hard Top Aft-Drop-Curtain (Factory OEM),
    • Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
