Factory CONNECTION (Zipper Strip for Track) connects OEM Front Connector (windshield, not included) to Track on front of the factory Hard-Top, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2006-2011 digitized patterns approved by Boston Whaler® for the Conquest 285 walk around cuddy with factory installed Hard-Top:
  • Notes:
    • 2006-2011 Boston Whaler® Conquest 285 Model Specific Details: The front Connector is a single (1) panel with a full width U-shaped zippered window. The Side Curtains do not have U-Zip windows, but can be rolled up or removed. The Aft Curtain has a center, doorway panel that can be zippered open and rolled up. The Side and Aft Curtains use Connection strips (zipper strips) at the top (Keder Welt slides into tracks on the top) to simplify removal by unzipping. The Boston Whaler® "Weather Curtain Set" is Visor plus Side Curtains. If you don't have tags with part numbers on your canvas, just enter 123456789 and make up a DT date code between 2011 and 2019 because we have the P/Ns for the Conquest 285. Boston Whaler® originally offered the 2006-2011 Conquest 285 in Black or Captain Navy Sunbrella® fabric.
    • Product Details: Canvas strip with Keder-Welt that slide into track on front of Hard-Top and zips to Eisenglass Front Windshield Connector.
    • Boston Whaler® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on OEM Boston Whaler® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Boston Whaler® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Boston Whaler® boats over 2 years old. The Boston Whaler® OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [cc] is the color code. Boston Whaler® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = BWCsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

      2. The Ameritex®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Ameritex® tags p/n [106xxxccc - S-BW 285 WA HT], Boston Whaler® p/n [1xxxxxx] ("ccc" is the color code).
    3. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and OEM Front Windshield Connector perfectly.
    4. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Ameritex Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
    5. Will NOT fit after-market equipment.
    6. Check the 2006-2011 Boston Whaler® Conquest 285 Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    7. Does NOT fit Boston Whaler® Conquest 285 prior to 2006.
    8. Does NOT fit Boston Whaler® Conquest 285 after 2011.
    9. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2006-2011 Boston Whaler® Conquest 285.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (BWCsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the Hard Top Connection Front (Factory OEM),
