    • 2004-2006 Boston Whaler® Conquest 305 Model Specific Details: Weather Curtain Set is Visor plus Side Curtains. If you don't have tags with part numbers on your canvas, just enter 123456789 and make up a DT date code between 2011 and 2019 because we have the P/Ns for the Conquest 305. Boston Whaler® originally offered the 2004-2006 Conquest 305 in Black or Captain Navy Sunbrella® fabric.
    • Product Details: Full set of flexible glass enclosure Curtains and Connections fit between factory Hard-Top and Windshield or Console and floor:
      1. Front Connector (also called "Windshield", "Spray-Shield" or "Visor") and Connecton (zipper strip slides into Track on Hard-Top, if used), Not MAY or MAY NOT have zippered window(s), check Model-Specific details,
      2. Pair of Side-Curtains and Connections (zipper strips for Track on Hard-Top, if used),
      3. Aft Curtain and Connection (zipper strip for Track on Hard-Top, if used).
      The Connections are narrow zipper strips which zip to the top of the Front Conenctor, Side and Aft Curtains and have Keder Welt along the top to slide into the Plastic or Aluminum Tracks on the factory installed Hard-Top frame with and SS Snap-Stud-Screws, Clip-On-Windshield-Frame-Snaps or slides into a track at the top of the windshield.
    • Boston Whaler® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on OEM Boston Whaler® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Boston Whaler® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Boston Whaler® boats over 2 years old. The Boston Whaler® OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [cc] is the color code. Boston Whaler® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = BWCsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.
    • Factory OEM canvas: Ameritex® tags p/n [103xxxccc - S-BW 305 WA HT] or [106xxxccc - S-BW 305 WA HT]
    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White Ameritex® tags p/n [103xxxccc - S-BW 305 WA HT] or [106xxxccc - S-BW 305 WA HT] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The Ameritex®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

  • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the {2004,2005,2006} Boston Whaler® Conquest 305 walk around cuddy with factory installed Hard-Top.
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with Ameritex® tags p/n [103xxxccc - S-BW 305 WA HT] or [106xxxccc - S-BW 305 WA HT] ("ccc" is the color code).
    3. Fits Factory installed Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top perfectly.
    4. Factory OEM #8 Zippers Ameritex Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).
    5. Will NOT fit after-market top or canvas.
    6. Mounts to front of Hard-Top via Hard-Top-Connection (Zipper Strip) with Keder Welt which slides into Plastic or Aluminum Tracks.
    7. Attaches to windshield with Clip-On-Windshield-Frame-Snaps, Stainless steel Snap-Stud-Screws or Keder Welt that slides into a track on the top of the windshield.
    8. Side and Aft Curtains snap at bottom.
    9. Stainless steel Canvas-Snaps are included (IF used) but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow for a perfect fit), so a Snap-Tool may be required.
    10. Check the 2004-2006 Boston Whaler® Conquest 305 Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    11. Does NOT fit Boston Whaler® Conquest 305 prior to 2004.
    12. Does NOT fit Boston Whaler® Conquest 305 after 2006.
    13. Does NOT fit any year/make/model other than the 2004-2006 Boston Whaler® Conquest 305.
