1997-2002 Sea Ray® 580 Super Sun Sport Model Specific Details: Zippers are size #10 (5 teeth per inch). A choice of a 1) Sloped Sunshade-Enclosure-Curtain OR 2) Vertical Sunshade-Drop-Curtain were offered on this boat. Both aft curtains include the triangular side pieces behind the Arch. Sea Ray® originally offered the 1997-2002 580 Super Sun Sport in Black and Oyster Sunbrella® (or RECacril®) with SeaMark® (or RECwater®)(vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops OR all White Stamoid® fabric and 40ga Strataglass® windows fabric.
Product Details: Flexible Strataglass® Front Window set (typically 3 pieces) fit between Hard-Top and Windshield (typically with Zip-Open Windows). Made with White Stamoid® fabric and Strataglass® windows. Slides into track (or snaps) on front of hard-top and either snaps onto or slides into a track at the top of the windshield. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Boatswains Locker® .
Sea Ray® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on Sea Ray® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch) up to 35 foot, #10 over 35 foot (5 teeth/inch). Cockpit Covers for open bridge boats (Sundancer, SunDeck, SunSport, SLX, Bowrider, Express Cruiser, Weekender) prior to 2008 cover the windshield, 2008 and newer attach to Top of windshield. Embroidered Sea Ray® logo on SOME (when offered by Sea Ray) Boot Covers was Tan (gold) until 2011, then Silver 2012 and newer. Sea Ray® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Sea Ray® boats over 2 years old. Fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Hard-Top and OEM Side-Curtains perfectly (verify white "Boatswains Locker" label on existing canvas).
Snaps are included, but NOT installed in the canvas (to allow perfect alignment on install), so you will need a Snap Installation Tool for snaps (includes male snap-screw-studs OR windshield clip-on snaps if needed).
Warranty: BLI™ stands behind our products with a one-year workmanship warranty, and will respond in a reasonable amount of time to any concerns or questions customers may have regarding a specific product, application or fabric and repair any such defects (such as sewing) found upon delivery.
