Factory T-Top VALANCE (Zipper Strip for Track) used between the Track (white vinyl Flex-A-Rail for example) mounted on the T-Top and the T-Top-Visor and/or T-Top-Side-Curtains (no t included) in Sunbrella® marine fabric, produced with the same high quality, original 2009-2015 digitized patterns approved by Boston Whaler® for the Outrage 220 center console:
  • Notes:
    • 2009-2015 Boston Whaler® Outrage 220 Model Specific Details: Weather Curtain Set is T-Top Front Visor plus T-Top Side Curtains. Boston Whaler® originally offered the 2009-2015 Outrage 220 in Black and Captain Navy Sunbrella® fabric.
    • Product Details: The T-Top-Visor and T-Top Side-Curtains are supplied with track that mounts to the T-Top itself. This Valance slides into the track and zips onto the Visor and Side Curtains to connect them to the T-Top. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order.
    • Boston Whaler® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes: Zippers on OEM Boston Whaler® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Boston Whaler® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Boston Whaler® boats over 2 years old. The Boston Whaler® OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [cc] is the color code. Boston Whaler® Hull Identification Number (HIN) = BWCsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

    • TIP: Be sure to check your existing (and adjacent connecting) canvas pieces (and frames) for:
      1. White GLBT tags p/n [yyBW220 OR Sxr -xxxxx-Acc], Boston Whaler® p/n [18xxxxx] or [19xxxxx] (the tags are approx. 2-3 inches x 4-5 inches),
      2. The GLBT p/®  logo embossed on the heads of the stainless canvas snaps,
      3. The Zipper Size listed above (#8 in most cases) on all zippers.

  • Size/Fit:
    1. Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) patterned for the 2009-2015 Boston Whaler® Outrage 220 center console.
    2. Will ONLY fit and/or zip to other Factory OEM canvas/frames with GLBT tags p/n [yyBW220 OR Sxr -xxxxx-Acc], Boston Whaler® p/n [18xxxxx] or [19xxxxx] ("cc" is the color code).
    3. ONLY fits Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) T-Top frame (verify GLBT tags on existing canvas), Track, Visor and Side-Curtains.
    4. The Track is actually supplied with the Visor and Side Curtains (or already mounted on the T-Top for replacement canvas).
    5. Check the 2009-2015 Boston Whaler® Outrage 220 Model-Specific-Information abovefor any other size/fit notes and zipper size.
    6. Does NOT fit Boston Whaler® Outrage 220 prior to 2009.
    7. Does NOT fit Boston Whaler® Outrage 220 after 2015.

    • Your 12-digit Hull-Identification-Number (HIN) (BWCsssssmbyy) is embossed on the starboard side of your transom, below the rub rail, and the HIN should also be on your registration papers (verify it with the official HIN on your transom) and may also be on your insurance documents,
    • The HIN is required to verify the boat manufacturer (first 3-digits) and determine date of manufacturer (last 4-digits) to determine the correct revision of the T-Top Valance (Factory OEM),
    • Unfortunately, the HIN does NOT tell us what model the boat is, what options the boat has or what color canvas it originally came with, so we must rely on you to select the boat, options and color from our web site.
