2005-2005 Chaparral® 310 Signature NO or Under Arch Model Specific Details: Bimini and Camper pieces NO/UNDER Arch part numbers are [103xxxccc] in 2004. Bimini pieces NO/UNDER Arch part numbers are [1042xxccc] in 2005. Bimini and Camper "TO Arch" introduced in 2005 are p/n [1048xxccc]. They are NOT inter- changeable. If your canvas has Arch Connections (Zipper Strips for the Bimini and Camper Tops) then it is the later [104xxxccc] canvas, otherwise it is the 2004 [103xxxccc] canvas. The front Connector has 3 panels that zip together. Chaparral® originally offered the 2005-2005 310 Signature NO or Under Arch in Black, Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Linen Tweed (Chaparral called this Beige in 2005) or Burgundy Sunbrella® with SeaMark® (vinyl lined, waterproof Sunbrella) tops fabric.
Product Details: Camper-Top-Frame only (NO Canvas or Curtains). The Camper-Top-Frame is attached to the back (sometimes the front on Bow-Riders or Deck Boats) of a Bimini, Sunshade, Convertible Top or Arch that has its own frame. When combined with Curtains, the Camper-Top fully encloses the back of the boat providing full, protected use of the rear cockpit area at the dock or underway. Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) canvas made-to-order and shipped from Ameritex® .
Chaparral® Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Notes:A laser-engraved, Black Rubber Tag and a White Canvas Tag are sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made®) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), so we need the P/N (Part Number) and DT date code from the Black Tag (or sticker). Zippers on OEM Chaparral® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Most (NOT All) Boot-Covers have Black or White embroidered Chaparral® logo. Most (NOT All) Chaparral® Bimini and Camper Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation. Chaparral® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Chaparral® boats over 2 years old. OEM canvas part number scheme: Ameritex® or Taylor-Made® tags where [xxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code. Chaparral® HIN = FGBsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.

Verify that your old and mating canvas has AMERITEX® or TAYLOR-MADE® on the tags and embossed on the Canvas Snaps AND the correct factory OEM Zipper Size (#8 = 6 teeth/inch in most cases).

Will be made with the exact patterns and specifications as originally designed and delivered with the boat when new,

Will perform as described when installed properly.
