Size/Fit: Outside: 40-1/4”W x 12”H x tapered 4-1/4” to 2-1/2”D (1022 x 305 x 108 - 64 mm). Cut-out: 38-3/8”W x 10”H (975 x 254 mm). Ships in 60" x 21" x 14" x 18# box.
