Notes:Our custom FULL pontoon Cover is GUARANTEED TO FIT and fits tightly around the Playpen and may extend further Forward or Aft (see model notes). Snap-On Covers can be used when trailering (covers using EZ-Clips are NOT Trailerable) at reasonable highway speeds (<70mph) when snapped down properly. Super durable Sunbrella® 9.25oz./sq.yd. solution dyed (the threads are made from a dyed material solution, rather than just on the surface, to reduce fading) premium 100% marine grade Acrylic fabric breathes to help prevent mold and mildew (identical OutDura® or Recacril® 9.25 oz./sq.yd. solution dyed Acrylic may be used, depending on Sunbrella® availability). Custom made to order in Indiana, USA.
Size/Fit:GUARANTEED TO FIT or we will correct it. This full Pontoon Cover covers the Playpen area and MAY extend further Forward or Aft as described in the Model Specific Notes. Purchase the Grey EZ-Clip Set for most Harris® and Cypress Cay® pontoons. Has 2 to 6 (depending on boat size) reinforced Snap(s) or Vent(s) through reinforced area(s) in the center of the Boat Cover for Support Pole(s) (sold separately below, or use your old ones). Stainless Steel Female Snaps are included in case the boat already has male snap studs in the boat (these would not be installed in the cover, so a Snap Tool is required, allowing for a perfect field fit when replacing existing canvas).
Guarantee: RnR-Marine™ guarantees that these custom covers, canvas or tops will:
be an exact copy (if copied from yours) or
will fit the specified year, make, model & configuration of boat if made from one of our patterns,
or we will correct the issue.
Warranty: This product is covered for sewing flaws for a period of 1 year. Sunbrella® Marine Fabric (acrylic) is covered by the Glenn Raven Mills® 10-year Sunbrella® Shade and Marine Fabrics Warranty. Aqualon® has a 5 year material warranty. Letom® polyester has a 3 year material warranty.
Installation:
Place cover over bow and unroll it backwards over the boat,
Pull cover down tightly and evenly over playpen,
1st time: Install snaps in cover to align with snaps in boat if you have them OR install male snaps in boat and then female snaps in cover,
Install and Snap the ends first, then the middle snaps.
