We make an EXACT copy of your existing Canvas or Cover(s) using premium Sunbrella® marine fabric:
  • Notes: Sunbrella® logo
    • We will make EXACT copies of your existing Canvas or Cover(s) in industry leading Sunbrella® premium, marine grade 9.25 oz./sq.yd. solution dyed (most fade resistant and durable) acrylic fabric,
    • DO NOT ship anything to us until we have your photos and have provided the address of our shop to you.


  • Size/Fit:
      Seamstress Sewing Sunbrella® Boat Cover
    1. We will require photos of your existing Canvas or Cover(s) before we proceed, then send us your Canvas or Cover(s),
    2. We will cut your canvas or cover(s) apart to make exact patterns (your old canvas or cover(s) will NOT be returned, because they will be in many pieces and of no use),
    3. All seams will be double-stitched for strength and longevity,
    4. Standard 3/8" stainless steel canvas snaps will be included (Snaps will not be installed in the fabric, to allow for perfect alignment with the male snap studs already on your boat),
    5. For Harris®, SunCatcher, Cypress Cay®, Premier® and and a couple other pontoons: New Rail-Lok® clips, EZ-Clips® or Premier® Cover Clips must be purchased separately (we cannot re-use your olld clips because they are old and brittle), or we can provide Male and Female Snaps instead (the platsic Clips are expensive and cannot be used for towing),
    6. The new canvas or cover(s) will FIT EXACTLY like your existing canvas or cover(s),
    7. Shrunken Covers: If your Cover have shrunk or are difficult to put on, we can make it slightly WIDER and LONGER (by adding 1/2 - 2 inches to both sides, the front and the back = 1 - 4 inches total).

  • Guarantee: RnR-Marine™ guarantees that these custom covers, canvas or tops will:
    1. be an exact copy (if copied from yours) or
    2. will fit the specified year, make, model & configuration of boat if made from one of our patterns,
              or we will correct the issue.

  • Warranty: This product is covered for sewing flaws for a period of 1 year. Sunbrella® Marine Fabric (acrylic) is covered by the Glenn Raven Mills® 10-year Sunbrella® Shade and Marine Fabrics Warranty. Aqualon® has a 5 year material warranty. Letom® polyester has a 3 year material warranty. (All product warranties are listed on https://RnR-Marine.com/Warranty.shtml#Warranties).
