We make an EXACT copy of your existing CLIP-ON (Rail-Lok®, EZ-Clip® or Premier® Clips) PONTOON COVER using premium Sunbrella® marine fabric: ;

Notes:
- We will make an EXACT copy of your existing CLIP-ON (RAIL-LOK®, EZ-Clip® or PREMIER® Clips, NOT Snap-On) PONTOON (PlayPen) COVER in industry leading Sunbrella® premium, marine grade 9.25 oz./sq.yd. solution dyed (most fade resistant and durable) acrylic fabric,
- FYI: Covers secured with CLIPS are NOT Trailerable,
- DO NOT ship anything to us until we have your photos and have provided the address of our shop to you, Do NOT ship anything to Charleston, SC..

Size/Fit:
1. We will require photos of your existing CLIP-ON Pontoon Cover before we proceed,
2. Then send your Pontoon Cover to the address we provide (do not ship anything to Charleston, SC),
3. We will cut your Pontoon Cover apart to make exact patterns (your old cover will NOT be returned, because it will be in many pieces and of no use),
4. All seams will be double-stitched for strength and longevity,
5. You will need to Purchase (below) or Provide (on your own some how) New Rail-Lok® or EZ-Clips® (used on Harris® Cypress Cay® and G3 Suncatcher®) or Premier® Cover Clips (used on Premier® pontoons) to be installed (we cannot use your old Clips because they are old, brittle plastic and will break,
6. The new Pontoon Cover will fit exactly like your existing cover,
7. If your cover has shrunk or is difficult to put on, we can make it slightly WIDER and LONGER (by adding 1/2 - 2 inches to both sides, the front and the back = 1 - 4 inches total),
8. We recommend using your existing support poles or buy new poles below.

Warranty: This product is covered for sewing flaws for a period of 1 year. Sunbrella® Marine Fabric (acrylic) is covered by the Glenn Raven Mills® 10-year Sunbrella® Shade and Marine Fabrics Warranty. Aqualon® has a 5 year material warranty.
