Notes:We will make an EXACT copy of your existing SNAP-ON (NOT Clip-On) PONTOON (PlayPen) COVER in industry leading Sunbrella® premium, marine grade 9.25 oz./sq.yd. solution dyed (most fade resistant and durable) acrylic fabric.
Size/Fit:13 - 15.9 Foot Pontoon boat:
We will require photos of your existing SNAP-ON Pontoon Cover before we proceed, then send us your Pontoon Cover,
We will cut your Pontoon Cover apart to make exact patterns (your old cover will NOT be returned, because they will be in many pieces and of no use),
All seams will be double-stitched for strength and longevity,
Standard 3/8" stainless steel canvas snaps are included, but not installed (for perfect alignment with the male snap studs already on your boat),
The new Pontoon Cover will fit exactly like your existing cover, but we can make them slightly larger (by adding 1 inch to each side, the front and the back = 2 inches total) if you feel that yours have shrunk,
We recommend using your existing support poles or buy new poles below.
You will need a Professional Snap Installation Tool to install the snaps in the cover yourself (for perfect alignment with the male snap studs already in your boat) ,
Warranty: This product is covered for sewing flaws for a period of 1 year. Sunbrella® Marine Fabric{acrylic) is covered by the Glenn Raven Mills® 10-year Sunbrella® Shade and Marine Fabrics Warranty. Aqualon® has a 5 year material warranty. Letom® polyester has a 3 year material warranty.
Lead-Time (Estimated): Lead time est. to ship is 2-5 weeks after order finalization as of 10/7/25.
Credit Card Fees: RnR-Marine™ is paying the non-refundable 3% Credit Card Fee for you, so this will not be refunded if your cancel your order, because this is kept by the credit card processor (not RnR-Marine™).

Please contact a Freight Forwarder (instructions) with an address in the US48 (Florida preferred for timeliness) to ship this for you,
Also note that the Freight Forwarders address must be added to your Credit Card to complete payment.
