Notes: In many cases the factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) canvas or cover(s) are no longer available for your boat, we did not even make it originally, or we do not have a custom pattern, so we offer a service to simply copy your existing canvas or cover(s) exactly as you have them. Request a quote for us to Copy your existing Canvas or Cover(s):
1. Send us photos of the canvas pieces or cover(s) you need,
2. We will send you a quote and invoice using your desired fabric, clear isinglass type and thickness (if it has windows), same (or improved) padding, double stitching,
3. Pay the invoice,
4. Send us your canvas or cover(s),
5. We will cut your canvas or cover(s) apart to create EXACT patterns (to replicate all of the darts and get the fabric laid as flat as possible),
6. We will produce an EXACT copy of your canvas or cover(s) in 4-10 weeks (Lead Time will be in your Quote or Invoice) and ship them to you,
7. We typically use Sunbrella® premium, marine grade 9.25 oz/sq.yd., solution dyed (most fade resitent) acylic, but can also use Aqualon®, WeatherMax® orStamoid® if needed,
8. You install and the canvas or covers will fit EXACTLY like your original.
