Triton®: Triton® boats, started by Earl Bentz, who founded Stratos® boats in 1983, also produced the Summit® series of pontoon boots from 2004 to around 2007. Triton® boats are now produced alongside Ranger®, Champion® and Statos® boats in Flippin, Arkansas.
Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) Canvas for Triton® boats: Our team patterned and manufactured the Factory Original-Equipment-Manufacturer (OEM) canvas for Triton® 16-27 foot CC, FS, DV Sport, DV Magnum, Walleye and WA, plus 180-280 SC, FS, Gold and Platinum Pontoons boats from 1998 to current.
We produce new canvas (diagram explaining what each piece of canvas is called) in Black, Captain Navy, Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Linen, Spruce and Jockey Red Sunbrella(r) & Climashield Plus(tm) fabric. We often offer ANY color Sunbrella(r) & Climashield Plus(tm) to match your personal taste (these colors may not be available from the dealer). Note: Zippers on OEM Triton® canvas are size #8 (6 teeth/inch). Triton® installed the snaps in their boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps). We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Triton® boats over 2 years old. Triton® OEM canvas part number scheme: tags p/n [yyTRmmm mm tar-xxxxx-Acc], where [yy] is the year, [TR] is Triton [mmm mm] is the model ([254 TAH] is a 254 Tahoe for example), [t] is the type of windshield (S=Std or W=optional stainless), [a] is (A)rch or (N)o Arch, [r] is the revision, [xxxxx] identifies which canvas piece, [A] is Sunbrella® acrylic fabric and [cc] is the color code. Windows are made with 30ga Eisenglass flat (not rolled) clear vinyl window material. Specifications, care and cleaning of Sunbrella(r) & Climashield Plus(tm) , 30ga Eisenglass flat (not rolled) clear vinyl and other canvas materials are detailed below. In some cases (if the boat mfgr is out of business for example) you can upgrade the windows to Strataglass coated clear vinyl (approx. 50-60 percent more cost), however the standard Eisenglass (clear vinyl) will last for many years with proper care, cleaning and storage. We utilize our library of 1,000's of patterns to produce new, "made-to-order" Factory Original canvas for your Triton® boat. This is the same canvas originally offered from the Triton® Factory and sold by your local Triton® dealer (local dealers may only go back 5 years or so however, and charge local sales tax, which we do not charge except in SC and FL). No other canvas manufacturer has these patterns or the ability to produce the exact factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement canvas and covers that were offered from the Triton® Factory when your boat was new.

Folding T-Tops to fit Triton® boats: Our T-Topless™ folding T-Top` fits most Triton® 16 to 22 foot CC, LTS and Bay boats. This top lowers (or removes) in less than 15 minutes to store your boat in your own garage or storage building/shed, potentially saving $1,000's per year in storage costs (or let you pass under a low bridge). The T-Topless™ folding T-Top is made of solid, yet lightweight, 1-inch diameter welded 316 Stainless Steel tubing with Sunbrella® canvas and install in an hour on the Stainless Steel windshield grab rails of Triton® center console boats.
Factory Original-Equipment (OEM) Covers for Triton® boats : We offer Factory OEM Top, Covers and Ratchet Boat Covers (typically in durable Sunbrella®) to fit your Triton® boat perfectly.
Custom After-Market Covers for Triton® boats : We also offer after-market Carver® Custom-Fit™ Boat Covers (from $239), Styled-To-Fit™Boat Covers (from $229) and in Sunbrella® marine fabric (the best quality, breathable fabric for covers) as well as some excellent high-quality, but less expensive materials, that are designed as a precise fit using measurements taken from your particular model of outboard motor.
For Center Console boats, we also offer Universal (Not OEM) Center Console (No T-Top) Covers, Leaning Post Seat Covers and Reversible (Flip-Flop) Seat Covers.
A popular solution for boats with T-Tops are our T-Top Console-Storage-Curtains, which completely cover the front cooler seat, entire console and helm seats or leaning post (starting at $484.00 , SALE PRICE: $454.96 (Winter Sale)). This is a nice alternative to the factory OEM console-cover and OEM leaning-post or OEM pedestal-seat-cover, typically costing less than the OEM console-cover alone.
Since Triton® did not offer a factory mooring cover for boats with a T-Top, we offer custom-fit, durable TTopCover® Under T-Top Boat-Covers and Carver® Over T-Top Boat-Covers for Triton® 17-35 foot CC, LTS and Bay boats with the Factory OEM T-Top or Hard-Top. Recacril® is a 100% solution dyed, 9 ounce (per square yard) acrylic fabric
for marine and outdoor use.
It has a Flurocarbon/Resin coating to repel water and offer excellent UV resistance
and is woven in
over 50 solid colors
and over 80 stripes,
although only a limited selection of solid colors are offered for our marine canvas.
In some cases, Recacril® is no longer offered for factory OEM replacement canvas, curtains or covers,
and a similar (not exact shade in some cases) color Sunbrella® fabric is used as a replacement.

Strataglass® is available in 20-mil (0.020"), 30-mil (aka 30ga = 0.030" thick),
40-mil (0.040") or 60-mil (0.060" = ~1/16") thickness.
The 40-mil is available in a clear, light smoke or dark smoke tint,
which is a special order (adds another 10% to the cost and 2 more weeks).
We recommend 30-mil for fishing boats, since the thicker vinyl is hard to roll up offshore.
Yachts may use 40-mil or 60-mil (even more costly) when the vinyl is seldom (if ever) rolled.
Strataglass® claims a
5 year life expectancy (care & exposure dependent),
but notes that many yacht owners see 10 or more years of use with proper care.
