  • Notes: Carver®SunbrellaCustom-Fit™ Boat Covers have been manufactured in the USA by Carver® Covers for 40+ years:
    1. Patterned by style/length/beam and supplied to specific year/make/model boat,
    2. Solution-Dyed Fabric choices (meaning the dye color goes all the way through the fabric threads rather than just on the surface, to reduce fading):V-Loops
      • Sunbrella® 9.25oz/sq.yd solution-dyed Acrylic,
      • Sun-DURA® heavy duty, 600-denier, 7.6oz./sq.yd. solution dyed marine grade Polyester with a 100% polyurethane finish coating,
      • Mossy Oak® Camo 8oz/sq.yd marine grade Polyester (offered on fishing boats),
      • Poly-Guard® 8oz/sq.yd marine grade Polyester.
    3. Join seams are folded four-ply (no raw edges) and sewn with double-stitches using weather resistant anti-wick thread for added strength and durability,
    4. TIE-DOWN-LOOPS (every 2feet) double sewn in an offset "V" for strength and less strap twisting,
    5. Can be used IN-WATER as a MOORING COVER with Sand Bags (below),
    6. TRAILERABLE in most cases (with included Tie-Down Straps),
    7. 1/4" Stretch Cord sewn into hem to pull tight to secure cover under rub rail,
    8. Motor Covers are sewn into outboard (O/B) model boat covers (some designs come with separate motor cover),
    9. Ships in a sturdy 19x12x12 (up to 14 foot), 22x14x13 (14.5-19 foot), 25x16x16 (19.5-21 foot) or 27x18x18 (over 21 foot) box weighing approximately ( 1.1 X the length of the boat ) in pounds.


  • Size/Fit:
    • Fits Standard Integrated Fiberglass Swim Platform (molded into hull, as shown at right),
    • Pedestal Seats MUST be REMOVED from FISHING BOATS,
    • Does NOT FIT THE FOLLOWING
      UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED IN BOAT DESCRIPTION:       Other boat models or years (it MAY fit other boats, but we cannot guarantee fit), Wakeboard Tower, Folded or Upright Bimini-Top, Radar Arch, Camper-Top, T-Top, Hard-Top, Ski Tow Pylon, Non-Integrated Swim Platform, Bow or Stern Mounted Trolling Motor, Raised or protruding antennas, brackets, winches, mirrors, rod holders, etc.,
    • Will NOT fit ANY NON-Factory-Installed Arch, Tops or Wakeboard Tower even though they may be the OEM part as the installer may have installed it in a different location.
  • Cover is NOT intended for use on a LIFT, as it is difficult (or impossible) to pull the cover back over the transom properly,
  • NOT have openings for Mooring Lines, and may hang in the water.,
  • This cover MAY fit other model years of the same boat, but we cannot guarantee fit, so this is at your own risk,
  • IMPORTANT: Trailerable boat covers must be properly installed and tied down with:
    • Optional Tie-Down Straps connected to double "V" loops sewn on the bottom edges of the cover,
    • Heavy duty stretch cord encased in hem pulls tightly around the boat below the boat's rub rail.

  • Warranty: The materials and workmanship are guaranteed by Carver® to be free of defects at time of manufacture and are covered by Carver's https://www.CarverCovers.com/About-Carver/Product-Warranty-Information/ limited warranties: Sunbrella®/Outdura®: 10 years, Sun-Dura™: 7 years.
