(the manufacturer) guarantee the quality of workmanship and materials, and will resolve quality issues found upon delivery by repairing or replacing (at their discretion) the item in question. We guarantee that this product will be the stated size. Becuase your are ordering a specific size (please measure carefully) we cannot guarantee fit on your specific year, make & model boat, therefor there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
Warranty: The materials and workmanship are guaranteed by Carver® to be free of defects at time of manufacture and are covered by Carver's® https://www.carvercovers.com/about-carver/product-warranty-information/ limited warranties: Sunbrella®/Outdura®: 10 years, Sun-Dura™: 7 years. (Note: The use of Bungee Cords instead of Tie-Down Straps on Boat-Covers will void the warranty).
Lead-Time (Estimated): Lead time estimate: 2-3 weeks (1 week holiday shutdown) for Covers/Tops , 2-4 biz days for Poles/Straps/Etc. after order finalization as of 12/18/25.
Credit Card Fees: RnR-Marine™ is paying the non-refundable 3% Credit Card Fee for you, so this will not be refunded if your cancel your order, because this is kept by the credit card processor (not RnR-Marine™).
