Chaparral® 250 Signature Radar Arch (2007-2009) express cuddy boat:

2007-2009 250 Signature with factory installed, forward facing fiberglass Radar Arch.
(2 choices): 1) OPTIONAL AFT SEATING WITH REAR RAILS ON TRANSOM, or 2) STD AFT SEATING, NO REAR RAILS on TRANSOM
Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement canvas / covers:
Chaparral® / Ameritex® tags p/n [108xxxccc - CH 250/260 SIG R/A] or [109xxxccc - CH 250/260 SIG R/A Aft-Curtain and Cockpit-Cover without Rail].
Originally offered in Black, Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Marine Blue (2008-2009), Linen, Linen Tweed, Taupe (no longer available in SeaMark, replaced by similar Linen) or Dubonnet Tweed (2008-2009) Sunbrella CONNECTOR, BOOTS and COCKPIT COVER and SeaMark® vinyl lined, waterproofed Sunbrella® TOPS, SIDE and AFT CURTAINS.
Aft Seating and Transom Rails Options
The TOPS, SIDES and AFT CURTAINS on this boat were made in SeaMark (vinyl-lined Sunbrella).
The FRONT Bimini CONNECTOR, BOOTS and Cockpit Cover were Sunbrella.
The front Connector has 3 panels that zip together.
Camper Aft Curtain has zippered eisenglass, screen and fabric privacy flap in center.
For Ameritex® (Not Taylore-Made®, Boatswains®, Gioia® or Great Lakes®) factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) canvas, covers, tops and top frames: A laser-engraved, black rubber tag is sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made® which have P/Ns starting with 4 or 6) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), and the only way we are able to manufacture the exact canvas, cover or frame specific to your boat is if you provide the part number (P/N) on that tag, so we will require the P/N (1xxxxxxxx , NO 4xxxxxx or 6xxxxx P/Ns), DT date code (dd/mm/yy , 2010+ only) AND A PHOTO of this Ameritex® Laser Printed Black Tag (or frame sticker) for each, individual Factory OEM canvas, cover or frame and WE WILL MAKE THIS EXACT PART NUMBER, so there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. By ordering, you agree to a WAIVER acknowledging that 1) you have been informed of the potential modifications and 2) Ameritex® Taylor-Made® and RnR-Marine™ are relieved of any issues related to fit. Our normal warranty for quality of workmanship and materials still stands.
The Zippers on Factory OEM Chaparral® canvas are size #8 (8mm high, 6 teeth/inch).
Most (NOT All) Boot-Covers have Black or White embroidered Chaparral® logo.
Most (NOT All) Chaparral® Bimini and Camper Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation.
Chaparral® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps).
We can only sell factory OEM canvas and covers direct for Chaparral® boats over 2 years old.
OEM canvas part number scheme: Ameritex® or Taylor-Made® tags where [xxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code.
Chaparral® HIN = FGBsssssmbyy , where [yy] = model year.
All OEM canvas and covers listed below are made using the original, digitized patterns approved by Chaparral®.
