Factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement canvas / covers:
Ameritex® tags p/n [105xxxccc - S-TB 48 HT] or [106xxxccc - S-TB 48 HT].
Originally offered in Black, Mediterranean Blue Tweed, Cadet Grey, Forest Green or Jockey Red Sunbrella® with Pearlescent (white) Aqualon® Connection Strips.
ZIPPER SIZE on EXISTING CANVAS
The Hard Top AFT DROP CURTAIN includes the triangular inserts on each side.
#10 Zippers on this canvas will NOT zip to 2003-2005 canvas, which have #8 zippers.
The Front SIDE CURTAINS and CAMPER AFT CURTAIN have U-shaped (smilie) zippered windows with screens.
The AFT DROP CURTAIN is a vertical windowed canvas that is often used as an air conditioning barrier inside the Camper Top.
Type 316L stainless steel top frames.There were many changes in 2006-2008, so please provide your PART NUMBERS from your canvas tags, and please measure your ZIPPER SIZE (#8 = 6 teeth/inch or #10=5 teeth/inch) (if your tags are missing, please contact Formula for 2006-2008 boats to get correct part numbers)
For Ameritex® (Not Taylore-Made®, Boatswains®, Gioia® or Great Lakes®) factory Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) canvas, covers, tops and top frames: A laser-engraved, black rubber tag is sewn into every Ameritex® (we no longer make Taylor-Made® which have P/Ns starting with 4 or 6) original-equipment canvas or cover (a laser printed sticker is on each frame), and the only way we are able to manufacture the exact canvas, cover or frame specific to your boat is if you provide the part number (P/N) on that tag, so we will require the P/N (1xxxxxxxx , NO 4xxxxxx or 6xxxxx P/Ns), DT date code (dd/mm/yy , 2010+ only) AND A PHOTO of this Ameritex® Laser Printed Black Tag (or frame sticker) for each, individual Factory OEM canvas, cover or frame and WE WILL MAKE THIS EXACT PART NUMBER, so there are NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. By ordering, you agree to a WAIVER acknowledging that 1) you have been informed of the potential modifications and 2) Ameritex® Taylor-Made® and RnR-Marine™ are relieved of any issues related to fit. Our normal warranty for quality of workmanship and materials still stands.
Formula® Canvas Zipper Size:
- #10 (10mm high, 5 teeth/inch) used on most (not all) boats from the end of 2005 through the 2008 model year (it is necessary to check your zipper size when ordering 2005-1008 canvas: simply measure the number of teeth over 2 inches and divide by 2 for accuracy)

Boot Covers MAY have the Formula® logo embroidered in Silver, Gold, Black or White (Formula specified depending on fabric color).
All Formula® frame bows and hardware are Type 316L Stainless Steel.
All Formula® Tops are sewn with Gore(®) Tenara(®) Thread to avoid rotting.
Most (NOT All) Formula® Tops have zippered frame (bow) pockets for easy installation.
Formula® installed the snaps in the boats, canvas and covers at their factory, so we cannot install the canvas snaps for you because we do not have locations (see Canvas/Snap Installation to learn about installing snaps).
Formula® made their factory OEM Bow, Cockpit and Mooring Covers in-house themselves, so we do NOT have them.
We can only sell canvas and covers direct for Formula® boats over 2 years old.
OEM canvas part number scheme: [xxxxx] identifies the canvas piece and [ccc] is the color code.
Formula® Hull Identication Number (HIN) scheme is TNRsssssmbyy, where [yy] is the model year.
All OEM canvas and covers listed below are made using the original, digitized patterns approved by Formula®.
